We do not store customers’ credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.
All sales are built according to specific customer orders. We will notify you of the anticipated manufacturing date. Repairs are treated on a case by case base. All prices are ex-works and we ship using the customer’s preferred shipper.
Refunds / Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not normally given as the lenses are made to order. Orders for new lenses may be cancelled up to one month before delivery.
Credit cards are generally accepted only for repairs and service. Any refunds for payments received via credit cards will be reduced by any related bank fees or charges incurred by us.
In the unlikely event of a problem during the warranty period, the customer should return the lens at their cost and upon repair, we will return the product back to you at our expense.
