For this project, we chose the Cooke S8/i Full Frame lenses for their impeccable image quality and the renowned “Cooke Look “known for its pleasing skin tones, natural falloff, and cinematic rendering.
Compared to the S7/i series, the S8/i lenses are significantly lighter and offer an additional stop of speed, making them an excellent choice for dynamic commercial production workflows.
The lenses were paired with the RED V-RAPTOR XL, allowing us to capture high frame rates while maintaining exceptional image fidelity. To achieve repeatable, precision camera movements, the camera package was mounted on a robotic arm by Monocot Studios, enabling smooth and highly controlled motion throughout the shoot.
