The choice to use Cooke S8i lenses proved to be exceptional, especially for my first endeavor as a cinematographer. We shot against a virtual background displayed on an LED wall, created with the support of AI, which gave remarkably authentic location effects. As a commercial photographer with over 1,200 advertising campaign photoshoots under my belt, this experience was both challenging and fulfilling. I’m particularly proud of the decision to work with the Cooke lenses—the 75mm, in particular, added a cinematic depth that I loved. This experience has definitely opened new creative avenues for me.
