This event is being held within the Cooke Optics London office.

Please note:

• Parts of the venue, including the basement, are accessible by stairs only.

• The building does not currently provide step-free or wheelchair access.

• Accessible toilet facilities are not available within the building.

• If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before attending so we can

discuss suitable arrangements.

During the Event

To help keep everyone safe, please:

• Follow any instructions given by Cooke Optics staff.

• Keep fire exits and walkways clear.

• Use handrails when using the stairs.

• Drink alcohol responsibly if it is being served.

• Do not enter staff-only or restricted areas.

Emergency Information

In the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of Cooke Optics staff and

leave the building using the nearest available exit.
